Hybrid working is here to stay and that is good news for both the enterprise and
for the employee. But how are we going to implement this new way of working successfully and sustainably? The well-being platform B-Tonic, a subsidiary of Baloise Insurance, wrote a white paper in collaboration with Federgon, the federation of HR service providers and the Federation of Belgian Enterprises (VBO) that aims to provide a concrete framework for this.

More than two years after the start of the pandemic, COVID-19 is more or less under control in Belgium and almost all companies and organisations are operational again. But this immediately gives rise to a serious problem: the so-called office tigers want nothing more than to return to office full-time while the homebodies prefer to work 100% distance working. The remainder want a solution somewhere in between. The arguments of the tigers and homebodies are largely the same: need for focus time, cooperation, work-life balance.

Research shows that employees with a high degree of hybrid work are less at risk of a burnout and experience more job satisfaction. This means that a hybrid working
environment provides a good framework for improving wellbeing.

In the whitepaper Hybrid working 4.0 you can read how you can successfully and sustainably implement this new way of working.
